Drees Homes Takes Home Top Honor at the Jacksonville Parade of Homes

The Drees Homes team enjoyed a night out at the Jacksonville Parade of Homes award ceremony hosted by the Northeast Florida Builders Association. The event was held at the Timuquana Country Club situated on the picturesque St. Johns River. The special occasion kicked off with an outdoor cocktail hour featuring stunning water views, followed by dinner and then the announcement of this year’s winners.

Drees’ Paigelynn design at Foxmeadow took home top honors in the $750,000 to $800,000 home category. At over 3,400 square feet, the Paigelynn brings a new flavor of stylish single-story living to Foxmeadow in Middleburg, Florida.

Highlights of this home include a centralized living with ample natural light, a private home office, an expansive primary bedroom suite and a versatile gameroom. Additionally, covered porches on the front and back of the home provide multiple relaxing outdoor environments.
