Labeled the largest open house on the First Coast, the recent conclusion of the 2020 Jacksonville Parade of Homes saw three Drees floor plans take home awards in the Best by Price category. This year’s home tour, which took place from August 29 to September 13, featured 76 total homes in 65 neighborhoods, showcasing product from a wide variety of builders in North Florida.
Drees is proud to earn two silver awards and one gold award on our most popular floor plans found in some of our most exciting neighborhoods. Organized by the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA), the Parade of Homes spans three Northeast Florida counties and provides a carefree way for prospective homeowners and Realtors to check out many different model homes in a two-week span.
