Recently, the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Sales & Marketing Councils held their annual awards ceremonies honoring superior marketing and sales achievements in the home building industry. Drees was excited to receive numerous accolades for marketing and sales excellence.
In Northern Kentucky, Drees achieved the coveted “Builder/Marketer of the Year” title in recognition of our 90th Anniversary campaign. In Cincinnati, we were thrilled to receive the first ever Longevity & Success in the Market Award as special recognition for celebrating our 90 years in business!
Our Elliott Farm community in Loveland, Ohio was named Best Community, Best Entrance and Best Sign Program of the Year. The neighborhood celebrates the beauty of nature with a wealth of amenities for our residents to enjoy.
The Bennett, an amazing 2-story plan was honored with a Best Merchandising Award.
