The Kinsley borrows from the past with its classic 1920s Tudor-style exterior to honor our 90-year heritage. Inside, however, you’ll be greeted with modern interior finishes and features to celebrate our future.

A private study off the foyer features a brick accent wall and oak barn doors. At the heart of the home, a cozy family room with contemporary linear fireplace is open to the kitchen and dining room. When you tour the Kinsley, you’ll notice under cabinet outlets and LED lighting which highlight a beautiful DalTile® backsplash in the kitchen. A large, convenient laundry room with Whirlpool® WiFi-enabled washer and dryer make household chores a breeze. The luxurious owner’s suite and a guest suite remain on the first floor, while three bedrooms and a gameroom complete the second level.
