Drees Custom Homes is excited to announce our newest community – Elyson in Katy. This master planned community developed by Newland Communities is our ninth throughout the city and first in Katy.

Drees is entering the community with more than 60 home sites and homes starting in the $360s. The full portfolio of floor plans is still in development, but we plan to offer homes such as the Kentshire, Brynlee II and Parkhill.
