American Red Cross
The American Red Cross is accepting donations on its website. You can also text HARVEY to 90999 to donate $10.
The United Way of Greater Houston
The United Way is providing immediate help with safety, shelter and basic needs, but will also provide assistance with long-term recovery efforts. You can donate on their website or text UWFLOOD to 41444.
Salvation Army
The Salvation Army is on the front line of Harvey relief efforts providing food and shelter. Visit their website to donate.
SPCA of Texas
The SPCA of Texas has been rescuing hundreds of pets trapped in floodwaters and providing emergency shelters for displaced animals. You can donate on their website.
The Texas Diaper Bank
The Texas Diaper Bank in San Antonio is accepting diapers and wipes at their office. The items may be dropped off in person or mailed to 5414 Bandera Road, Suite 504, San Antonio, TX 78238.
Greater Houston Community Foundation
Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner and County Judge Ed Emmett have established the Harvey Relief Fund through the Greater Houston Community Fund. You can donate online or text HARVEY2017 to 91999.
Houston Food Bank
The Houston Food Bank will be providing immediate and long-term support for families affected by Harvey. You can make a monetary donation on their website.
