Mustang Lakes Will Soon Open in Celina

Mustang Lakes is a new master-planned community with a strong ranch heritage. Nestled in rolling terrain and mature trees, the community is taking shape on the site of Twin Eagles Farm, a thoroughbred horse ranch owned by former Dallas Mayor Bob Folsom.

Mustang Lakes is conveniently located at the crossroads of Celina, Prosper and McKinney, only three miles north of Highway 380 and just a ten minute drive to the Dallas North Tollway. Homeowners will enjoy small town charm with great shopping, dining and entertainment nearby.

Drees Custom Homes is now selling homes in the Waterview and Belmont sections of the community. We are offering 14 floor plans at Mustang Lakes ranging from 2,100 square feet to 4,300 square feet. Homes in the 50’ Belmont section start in the $310s, while the Waterview Estates homes start in the $450s. Drees will have two model homes at Mustang Lakes – the Reynolds and the Kenwood. Residents at Mustang Lakes will experience a new kind of country club living. Instead of a golf course, the community features more than 60 acres of open space including the 20-acre central park, eight lakes with waterfalls and fountains, nearly 10 miles of trails and an island. The community focal point is Club Mustang, a 12,000 square-foot amenity center on the site of the main ranch house. This expansive facility will offer outdoor verandas and courtyards, interior lounges, meeting room, party areas, a state-of-the-art fitness center and resort-style pool.
