Two Drees Communities Earn National Recognition

Light Farms in Celina and Phillips Creek Ranch in Frisco were recently named #23 and #25 respectively on the John Burns* Annual Top 50 Master-Planned Communities of 2015. The rankings are based on total sales for the communities.

“Light Farms in Dallas proves that buyers will still commute for value. 402 buyers last year took advantage of low prices relative to closer-in areas, great amenities, and the promise of great access once the Dallas North Tollway is completed,” noted researcher Annie Radecki, who recently joined the consultancy from Pulte’s Texas region.

Long Meadow Farms and Phillips Creek Ranch are among 17 communities in Texas to make the list, including six in Dallas, nine in Houston and one each in Austin and San Antonio. Drees Custom Homes builds homes ranging from the $400s to the $750s in these communities and offers 14 different customizable floor plans. Drees recently opened a new Brinkley model home at Phillips Creek Ranch and prospective buyers can tour the Bracken III model at Light Farms.
